As an experienced customer service representative, I am highly motivated and look forward to gaining greater professional experience within your organization. As my CV indicates I have completed CXC courses in seven subjects with a focus on the humanities. Through my studies, I have developed discipline, attention to detail and commitment to excellence. During recent years I gained experience in the areas of customer service, sales and promotions during vacation stints. This strengthened my grasp of teamwork, problem-solving and communication in a professional context. I look forward to strengthening these skills. During my secondary school life, I have been an active participant in two service organisations—the Octagon Club for which I was the secretary and the Key Club. Both experiences have developed my ability to set goals, strategies and accomplish results in an accountable and transparent manner. I look forward to applying those skills to your organisation.
