About Us

2 minute read

For the past 3 years we have been toying with the idea of a platform that allows Caribbean creatives to showcase their skills and talents. This took a back-burner for a while due to other projects however in January 2023 it resurfaced with the aftermat of the global pandemic. Since the pandemic hit we have realized that it has become increasingly difficult to get jobs within our respective fields. After speaking with other creatives throughout the Caribbean and Latin America we have realized that they too have the same issue in getting hired or landing gigs.

Inadvertently we got exposed to global recruiters looking to hire creative talent from the Phillipines, Canada and other countries. After a number of interactions in this space and knowing the capacity of the creative workforce in the Caribbean, our idea was refined and Pineapple Jobs was born to connect Caribbean creatives with global companies looking for top talent from social media managers to developers, virtual assistants, and others.

We're on a mission to connect thousands of Caribbean talent with global job opportunites.
